这道粉蒸排骨,
可以说很久没吃过了...
因为在大马没看到那里有卖蒸肉粉,
所以不知不觉地就忘了这道老妈常做的粉蒸排骨.
这星期日的星期周刊中,
看到介绍这道熟悉的菜肴,
很想煮这道料理,
正发愁没有蒸肉粉....
却让我在网上查到自己做蒸肉粉的材料和做法.
于是,
便自己做了蒸肉粉,
特地做多些储藏在冰箱里,
随时想蒸排骨,蒸花肉时都可以派上用场!
粉蒸排骨这道料理,
通常会搭配红薯块,芋头块或马铃薯块,
依个人喜好来搭配,
主要目的是可以吸收肉的汁料,
因而特别美味!
如果不想用猪肉,
用鸡腿切小块来料理应该也一样的...
蒸的时间可以缩短些.

Nancy, I never heard and eat 蒸肉粉 before, sound interesting. But I got one question, can the rice cook just by steam only? You know why I ask this question, because yesterday I tried to do homemade "Putu Piring" , I blend the rice to powder form, and mix with coconut sugar and steam it, but the rice powder can not cook even I steam it for very long, still hard like raw rice..
Sonia,可能是你没加水吧?一定要加水在一起米就能蒸熟,我昨晚放太多蒸肉粉,有些没沾上排骨掉下来的,我盛在一起便成一碗蒸饭,在上面加几块红薯和排骨,给老公今早热一热当早餐吃,好像吃"糯米饭"呢..

Thanks Nancy, Ya lor, I also suspected because I did not add water, no water how to cook rice ler, me very blur lah. But that one hawker selling, I did not see them add water, not sure what is their secret to get it cook , maybe due to the special "piring".
