美女厨神介绍的鸡卷.
我自行改了材料和沾酱.
她使用的材料是里面包火腿片,香菇和芦笋...
我改用小黄瓜来替代.
腌鸡料,她也只用盐腌,
我怕不够入味,
而用All purpose seasoning.
烤时我又涂上Honey来烤,
方法则大致相同,
其实很容易做,不妨试试看,
做为一道拼盘相当不错!

可以用BBQ酱,或叉烧酱,蕃茄酱,
或只是用辣椒酱....

[原料/调料]
材料Ａ：酱油 1/2大匙 蚝油 1大匙 糖 1又1/2大匙 香油 1/3大匙 水 1又1/2杯
材料Ｂ：太白粉 1大匙 水 1大匙 黑胡椒粉 少许 盐 少许
[制作流程]
(1)将1又1/2杯的水煮沸后加入材料Ａ拌匀，再加入材料Ｂ芶芡至浓稠即可熄火使用。
烤肉时生肉腌酱或烤熟后的沾酱也可以。
至于英文名称则找不到,对不起...无法帮你...
很好吃的样子，可是很花时间。。。
我很赶时间，怕没时间。。。
谢谢新朋友Helen的来访,其实这道菜肴很容易准备,你只要把鸡烤上,就可以准备其它菜肴了...最多花半个多钟头,如果你的烤箱好,用火大些很快就可以做烤好的!
