台灣香腸和西式香腸有何不同?
jdexign:台灣香腸比较甜,只有猪肉一种,而西式香腸种类比较多有牛肉,鸡肉,火鸡肉和猪肉,口味也比较多...口感更有嚼劲,而且更长更大...台灣香腸的肉质比较软滑,口味较少,有蒜味和辣味几种选择罢了...

I like this Taiwanese sausage, sweet, tender and juicy. This is a good dish, at least you will not feel so oily as there are a lot of vegetables added in. Good sharing.
