自从8月nancymommy 生日,
大女儿特地学会做这个我最爱吃的蛋糕送给我,
之后她又做了四次这个Tiramisu...
可说是越做越上手,越做越好吃了...
一样的我们又把原来的recipe改成用代糖来制作,
降低它的calories..
哈哈!这样一来吃起来会比较"安心"...
(原本的recipe是用1/4 cup的黄糖)
还有,
我们自行加了capuccino coffee emulco 1 tsp
来增加coffee的浓郁味道.
至于,
Brandy如果没有是可以不加的...
其实...
Tiramisu 没有我想象中难做!
而且这个recipe做出来的效果,
真的可以媲美"星巴客"的哦!
现在...
我不用再花RM9++去点一块小小的Tiramisu咯!
想吃的时候就叫大女儿做... :)

when they young, you bake for them, now is their turn to bake for you, this is the rule, hahaha..this Tiramisu look simple to prepare.

These seems much better than store bought Tiramisu! Nice decorated! And much cheaper than store too! Win win!
