参巴酱墨鱼(参巴酱sotong)

我虽然是台湾人,
但在大马已经生活了快二十年了,
刚来的前十年,
我还不太会吃辣,
不过,
日子久了,
我也被"训练"的越来越会吃辣了!
最近爱上了参巴酱,
大力推荐田师傅参巴酱,
一包RM3.50,三包RM10.00在菜市场的卖价.
因为我不会自己做参巴酱,
就买现成的参巴酱包(尤其这个牌子,赞!),
真是非常方便,
想吃的时候就可以煮...
大女儿和我一样也爱上了参巴酱!
这几天,因为两个女佣也特爱吃辣,
所以,
特别煮多了几餐参巴酱料理给她们吃...

Rather buy the ready made sambal, I suggest you to cook your own sambal. It is very simple and you could prepare in big amount and store in fridge and defrost it whenever you want to cook sambal.
1) Cook the dry chili in water till soft.
2) Blend the dry chili to chili paste
3) Add oil to the wok and fry the chili paste about 1 hour, season with salt and sugar.
4) Store into fridge.

You can add in onion, garlic,ginger, prawn paste (belacan) and etc with this chili base whenever you want to cook sambal.

I will try next time cause i don't know how to cook sambal,now i know the recipe...thank you so much...you really are nasi lemak lover and must very pro to cook sambal...haha!

gladys,不只是煮sotong而已,还可以煮其它海鲜料理的...你都可以试试看!
