排骨的焖煮时间因人而异,
喜欢有嚼劲的就煮短一点的时间,
喜欢肉软烂点就焖煮久一点.

The normal style is without cinnamon, how was the taste with cinnamon? very strong smell of cinnamon or not?

No, it's not very strong smell of cinnamon. I don't know how to tell you the taste but we all like it very much. Actually, I learned it from a recipe book named "简易上手大牌档菜--香焖一支骨" but I change the recipe a little bit. I didn't put the star anise , sesame oil and oyster sauce.
