这是印尼女佣做的自制蛋糕,姑且就叫它"印尼蛋糕"!
这是我家下月约满即将回印尼的女佣,和新来的柬埔寨女佣,
这个蛋糕是印尼女佣平时常做给我们吃的,
我特地在此记录下来,以留作纪念!
并记录这个蛋糕的recipe...
虽然,
蛋糕没有正统西点师傅做的细腻,
但是有它的特色!
烤出来蛋糕的表皮非常香"脆",
里面又不会太硬,还蛮软滑的.
印尼女佣还常常变换内馅,
有时拿现成的 3 in 1 old town white coffee,
替换coco powder,
变成coffee味的蛋糕.
有时又加入香蕉,
变成香蕉蛋糕.
最重要的是少糖,又用植物油和低脂的鲜奶,
吃了不怕变胖!
总之,
印尼女佣的自制蛋糕容易又简单,
不会做蛋糕也能轻易学上手!

ya, I first time get a Cambodia maid and she is so far so good.
She is only 20 years old and can speak a little bit of English . She study English only three months from the agent in Cambodia but she can remember many vocabulary. Now I teach her Mandarin and she learn it very fast. ya, I am so lucky...
