I cooked this at home before, but like Bakeling said the important thing is “wok”气, I feel cook at home lacking of “wok”气...can't compete those in restaurant.
Thanks for the recipes! This is definitely one of our favorite dish and my wife has been trying to find the right way to cook it. Getting the recipe from you couldn't be wrong.

猪油渣放一点调味就好,外面吃的猪油渣放多到恐怖又恶心!
炒滑蛋河最重要是要有“wok”气 !还有蛋汁也要有虾仁和猪肉够香滑 !

Bakeling...是啊!其实炒什么菜都是要有“wok”气 的..那天我刚好没买到虾...所以只好放鱼丸...其实加些虾,sotong和猪肝啦...回更加美味!
zeesiew...一点也不多功夫,很简单的...只要先炒好河粉,再煮汤料淋上去就行了...很方便的..
