甜面酱是咸的,做炸酱时用到的酱料,用来煮肉类其实蛮不错的..

I tried this just now, it was very very delicious. I couldn't get the sauce as i am living in Holland, so instead of that, i use sweet soy sauce for substitution and char siu sauce to substitute for the sugar.
My dutch friend and my fiancee love it so much!!!!

还好吧！Typing in English would be much easier for me than Chinese.
Actually i just started my cooking life a year ago, which mean a year ago i totally have not a clue how to cook a meal, not even fried rice. But since moving to live in Holland, i have to do everything on my own, especially when i crave for Chinese (or Malaysian) food, i can get it from no where except cook it on my own.
As i only know how to cook western cuisine mainly, so cooking Chinese food also started from your blog. :) So now you are my Chinese food guru. Thanks!
