这道菜大家一定听过,
我们都很熟悉的儿歌
--"天下的妈妈都是一样的".
就有着这段歌词:
"厨房是她的天下,狮子头还有红烧鸭 ..."
对...就是这个"狮子头".
狮子头也有两种煮法,
一种就是如上所介绍的,
带汤的狮子头.
另一种是没有太多汤汁,
加晒油让颜色稍微深色些的,
红烧狮子头.
因为我的老妈爱吃带汤的狮子头,
将大白菜煮得软软烂烂的,
另外,
再加些粉丝吸收汤汁的鲜甜,
她老人家只要有这一道狮子头就可以下饭了!
如果够时间,不嫌麻烦,自己动手剁肉会更佳有口感!
还有,
相片中的份量是食谱中份量的两倍,
没办法,我家人口多嘛!

I heard this dish before but never try to cook it, look really yummy, I'm sure my kids will love it but not my husband who doesn't like so much of pork meat.
Did you watch yesterday 美食大三通? The oyster chicken wings and chinese sausage look delicious, I will try to cook it next time.
这道肉丸,你其实可以做小一点,里面加了豆腐后,并不会觉得太多肉和太腻,如要增加口感,还可以加入切小丁的马蹄,会更好吃...
昨天因为不在家没有看到美食大三通,真可惜!我等你煮了那两道菜肴后教我,ok?
I think add some carrot (white), the soup will be even better, but white carrot and cabbage are too cooling esp for old ppls.

我煮的是比较简单得,很久都没煮这道菜了.有点想念...
其实上两个星期我也有煮这道狮子头，也是简简单单的做法，因为孩子喜欢吃肉喝汤，所以我很喜欢这道料理。
其实这道狮子头,你们喜爱加入什么材料都可以的,依个人喜好而定...只要家人吃得开心就好了,最主要符合你自己家人的口味!
我的狮子头是比较外省人口味的,我老爸老妈喜爱这样的料理,我也是跟着老妈以前的做法稍加更改罢了!
