芋头糕

在请教了家婆和参考网上的资料,
试做了第一次的芋头糕--我老公的最爱...
第一次的成果非常不错,
只是,
我做的芋头糕没那么油,
因为我没放猪油也没放猪绞肉,
所以口感会比较扎实些...
如果,
要增加口感,
可以加腊肠丁和冬菇粒以及绞肉等等..
不妨做做看...
过年时又多一道中式点心!

(经过几次经验后,
重新post上最新而且我认为最容易的方法.)

Realized that I have long time didn't prepare yam cake. My steps to prepare are more simple, my mother taught me earlier.

是吗?那快告诉我简单的方法,我老公很爱吃芋头糕,我不喜欢做太复杂的料理,如有简便的方法,那我就可以常常做了...哈哈

Actually almost the same, my ways are as below:-
1) mix well "rice flour" and water
2) stir fry shallot, dried prawn and yam until fragrant.
3) pour in no (1) and tasted with salt and pepper, then cook until dry.
4) Once done, steam it.

Why I add shallot in the flour mix is to get more fragrant, not just put as topping only.
